Seacastle

Along the corridor of Rose Hall, sits the Seacastle.  Seacastle is a 24 hour gated complex that consists of studios, 1 bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms condo.  The complex boasts a swimming pool and outdoor decor for much needed relaxation and entertain one visitors.   This Studio that is available is like no other, with a breathtaking ocean view, beautifully landscaped view, along with sounds of the ocean wave.  We have attached a video for your viewing pleasure.  The rental rate does not includes the utilities, only water and the complex maintenance that is included.

Now that your are interested in a personal viewing; it is a requirement to complete our Rental Application and the Customer Information Form prior to viewing, click on Hoshing Realtors rental Application & Customer Information Form .  Please submit the supporting documents to info@hoshingrealtors.com:

• Taxpayer Registration for the parties over the age of 18 years old
• Copy of a Government issued Identification for parties over the age of 18 years old
• Proof of address for the parties that will be residing at the property
• Proof of income or employment such as a job letter, or 3 months payslip, or if self employed attached the business registration and 3 months bank statement
