About Me

Tanya HoShing has been in Real Estate for the past 16 years; during her years she became a member of the Realtors® Association of Jamaica in 2011.  In 2012, she joined the Realtors® Association of Jamaica-North Coast Chapter where she held volunteer position as Finance Chairwoman, Fundraising, and Event committee chairwoman, Assistant secretary, and Asst. Treasurer, as Chairman for the Chapter, and an Executive Member of the Realtors® Association of Jamaica as the 2^nd Vice President 2022. In 2013, she established a Real Estate business called HoShing Realtors® & Associates as the company owner and Managing Director located in Montego Bay, Jamaica where she assists and a consultant to national and international customer and clients in real estate business in the areas of Rentals, Leases, Sales, and Property Management. In addition, she is possess a law degree (Honours) and currently pursuing Master of Law (General), in which she is at the Dissertation level to complete. Ms. HoShing has had the opportunity to work in other profession such as the accounting field, in which she held position as an Accounts Receivable Manager, Internal Auditor, Acting Human Resource Manager, Senior accounting clerk, and Inventory manager; Ms. HoShing background experience contributed to elimination of overly excessive operational cost to 70% and profitable growth by almost 90% with company or organization she comes in contact with; nonetheless, she is well-rounded individual when it comes to operating a business by implementing procedures and guidelines while making a profit , balancing customer service both internally and externally. On a personal note, she is a single mother of four (4) children, she is tenacious, easy going, always have a smile on her face but she tends to be stern, law abiding, and an orderly individual, a mentor, advisor to whoever comes in contact with her.
