Tanya HoShing is the Broker and Managing Director of HoShing Realty & Associates, a full-service real estate brokerage based in Jamaica, providing residential sales, rentals, property management, and advisory services to local and international clients.

With a strong foundation in law and governance, Tanya holds an LLB, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law, and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) with a focus on landlord-tenant law and property regulation. This legal training distinguishes her practice, allowing her to approach real estate transactions with heightened attention to compliance, risk management, and contractual precision.

Tanya brings extensive experience across residential sales, long-term rentals, strata and property management, and has managed diverse property portfolios throughout Jamaica, including emerging residential developments and established communities. She is particularly known for her structured approach to tenant screening, owner representation, and market-driven pricing strategies.

Beyond brokerage operations, Tanya is actively involved in real-estate governance and professional leadership. She has served in senior roles within the Realtors Association of Jamaica (RAJ), including Governance Chair and Vice President, and is regularly engaged in matters relating to industry standards, ethics, and regulatory best practices.
